He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald P. Ratliff and Mary Ratliff (Delauter); and his siblings, Timothy Ratliff and Donna Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Paula Ratliff of Syracuse; his children, Casandra Alba (Jesus) of Goshen and Bridgette Picard of Seattle; and his sister Seanna Delauter (Kathleen). He is also survived by two granddaughters and one grandson.
