She is survived by: her children, Rheann Bontrager (Jim Sinclair) of Petoskey, Michigan and Niles Bontrager (Melissa); her grandson Cole Sinclair; and her siblings, Barb Wise (Steve) of Bristol and Larry Sensenbaugh (Sue) of Lake Placid, Florida. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
According to her wishes, Donna would like memorials to be given to Dogtown Resort, 11925 C.R. 10, Middlebury, IN 46540 a pet rescue center.
