She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Wortinger and Laura Wortinger; her husband Gerald E. Shank; and her brothers, Russell and Robert M. Wortinger.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Lee Shank of Springfield, Jeffrey Lynn Shank (Anita) of Goshen and Michael Carlyle Shank (Ruth) of Milwaukee Wisconsin. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
