She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ely and N. Eliene Ely (Parks); and her sister Dolores Ravenscroft. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Cameron Gongwer (Anne), Cari Gongwer and Dr. Curtis Gongwer (Jeni); her grandchildren, Caylor Gongwer, Courtney Clifton (William), Caitlyn Gongwer and Colin Gongwer; and her nephews, Robert Ravenscroft, Craig Ravenscroft, Ted Dennler and Jed Dennler.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yoder-Culp Funeral Home (1911 S Main St, Goshen, IN 46526). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
