She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David; her parents, Chester Steffy and Elizabeth Steffy; and her children, Scott Eshleman (Joy), Chet Miller-Eshleman (Holly) and Joy Noel Warren (Chad). She was also cherished by her family and other children at Millersville Children's Home as a teen, while her dad.
