It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida Bontrager of Goshen, Indiana, born in Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on September 24, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Miller and Sarah Miller (Lehman); her husband Herman Bontrager; her daughter Meredith Borntrager; her son-in-law Ken Miller; her great grandchild Quinn Weber; and her siblings, John O. Miller, Owen Jr. Miller, Mary Bontrager and Alice Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Julia Miller of Sturgis, MI, Jerry Bontrager (Ruby) of Union, MI and Richard Bontrager (Julie) of Goshen; her son-in-law Larry Borntrager (Mary) of Middlebury; her sisters, Edna Graber of Middlebury and Sarah Christner of Pocahontas, AR; and her sister-in-law Carol Miller of Goshen. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Clinton Christian School.
