He is survived by: his children, Cameron Beck (Jamie), Cassondra Beck, England and Chelsea Beck (Ivan Ramos); his grandchildren, Liam, Landon, Venessa, Keira, Garrett and Collin; and his siblings, Mary Pinckert (Dan), Jean VanGuilder (Cliff) and Jerry Beck (Patty).

“Knew you over forty years, Jim, first met you in Pascagoula as a member of the Supships Peleliu PreCommUnit (PCU), LHA-5. A really boot Airman doing important, but occasionally tedious go-fer work. You'd leave the Navy as a "Fleet" PO2, an ABF-2. Congrats on organizing the first USS Peleliu reunion in 20212 in San Diego, too bad the sip was gone,. but ya' done good making it happen.
