He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Burkholder and Mildred Burkholder; and his son Slade. He is survived by: his wife Jeri (Jeri); his son Tyler; his grandchildren, Sydney Burkholder Nason, Marah, Bailey and Brody Burkholder; his great grandchild Ivan Nason; and his brothers, Robert and Milton Burkholder.
