She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis L. Hertsel and Mable M. Hertsel (Cox); and her son Tony Franks. She is survived by: her husband William E. Franks; and her children, Mark Eggleston (Cindy), Bradley Eggleston, Brett Eggleston, Richard Franks, Tracy Eggleston Scott (Rita Scott) and Edward Lee Franks. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
