He was predeceased by: his parents, William McClanahan and Mary Borum (Winthurst); his wife Suzanne; his great grandchild Jeremy; and his stepfather Loren Borum.
He is survived by: his children, Craig McClanahan (Jayne), Dave McClanahan (Debra), John McClanahan (Michelle), Carol Beckett (Randy), Kelley Gleva (Mark) and Megan McClanahan; and his grandchildren, Dan, Mark, Sarah, Elizabeth, Andrew, Rachel, Jacob, Laura, Molly, Grace, Mason and Lauren. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to Bible Baptist Church in Wakarusa, Indiana.
