She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Knight and Anna McNett (Amones); her husband Harold Hammel; and her sister Kathleen Buckles. She is survived by: her children, Jenny Miller (Kevin) of New Paris, Todd Hammel (Jennifer) of Howe and Mark Hammel of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Ashlee Hawkins (Josiah), Ethan Miller, Austin Hammel (Bryanna), Brooke Reese (Dylan), Amanda Rigelman (Jake), Brandon Meadows and Kirsty Gillispie (Zach); and her siblings, Georgeann Dodge (Leonard), Michelle Esquer (Tony), Barbara Erickson, Gretchen Kunburger (Jerry) and Gary Knight (Dianne). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
