He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Lund and Doris M. Lund; his wife Doris K. Lund; his granddaughter Candice Targgart; his sister Patricia Jennings; his siblings-in-law, Kay Lund, Jackie Hamilton and Wilson M. Jones Jr.; and his son Gregg Michael.
He is survived by: his daughter Katharine Schrock (JC) of Goshen; his grandchildren, Melissa Johnston (Joe), Michelle Strom (Bruce), John Lund III (Shua), Chris Todd (Asia), Jacqueline Todd, Jessica Schmoekel (Dave), Audrey Lund, Ethan Lund, Courtney Lash, Carter Schrock and Caitlin Schrock; his brother David Lund; his siblings-in-law, Ken Smith (Kay) and Sherry Lipson (Joe); and his sons, John Danford Jr. (Jane) of Norton Shores and David Wilson (Stacey) of Loveland, Ohio. He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren.
