He was predeceased by: his parents, Pablo Alamo and Carmen Alamo (Medina). He is survived by: his children, Carmen Mora Vázquez (Guillermo), María Luisa Tarango (Ramón), Juan José Alamo (Angélica), Martha Alicia Alamo, Gabriel Alamo and Hugo Alamo; and his siblings, Gregorio Alamo (Maria Dias), Matilde Padilla (Mario), Lucia Alamo (Armando Diaz), Antonio Alamo (Leticia Aguirre), Rosalio Alamo (Maria), Bernarda Alamo (Pedro Romero), Carmen Alamo and Francisca Alamo (Santiago Arana). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
