He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie F. Prihoda and Linda Janice Prihoda (Heckelman); his wife Elizabeth Prihoda (Wakeland); and his brother Roger Prihoda. He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly Prihoda of Goshen and Ray Prihoda (Joyce) of Neosho; and his sister-in-law Teresa Bontrager of Goshen.

Memorial donations may be given to Elkhart County Humane Society.
