She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred L. Spidel and Bertha Spidel (Mick); her husbands, Ernest Sample and John D. Yoder; and her sisters, Anna Jane Hoke and Mary Grace Wade.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Dawson, Brenda Brunk (Dave), Georgia, Gregory Sample and Joe Sample (Connie); and her stepchildren, Tim Yoder (Marisa), Margaret Fultz and Robin Yoder (Luann). She is also survived by eight grandchildren: 10 great-grandchildren: and a great-great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Yoder-Culp Funeral Home (1911 S Main St, Goshen, IN 46526). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
