He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Skinner and Beverly Skinner (Jenkins); and his sister Sherry Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Skinner (Line); his children, Michelle Bacon, Mitchell Skinner Jr. (Amy) and Charles Skinner; and his sisters, Vickie Lutes (David) and Susan Brown. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
