He is survived by: his son Michael Norman Pennington (Jeannie); his wife Sylvia McIninch; his brothers, James, Loyal and Bruce Pennington; and his grandchildren, Ashley Colon (Dominic), Andrew Royer and Daniel Royer. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
