She is survived by: her sons, Mark Chase (Sandy Holderbaum) of Bristol and Greg Chase of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; her grandchildren, Austin, Cameron, Chandra, Levi, Sammy, Suzie, Morgan and Shelby; and her great grandchildren, Chase, Jenny Lynn, Acacia, Westin and Everleigh.
