He is survived by: his children, Tami Martin (Terry) and Mark Slabaugh (Kathy); his grandchildren, Chris Martin, Dustin Martin (Karen), Neil Slabaugh (Stephanie), Kari Slabaugh and Justin Slabaugh (Sophia); his great grandchildren, Parker, Hunter, Madison Martin, Noah, Tayah and Mylah Slabaugh; and his brothers, Donald Slabaugh (Ruth), Montana and Steve Slabaugh (Alice).
