He was predeceased by: his father Arthur P. Hicks; his children, Derek Hicks and Shonda R. Null; and his sister-in-law Gail Hicks. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Hicks (Peed); his children, Micah Hicks (Emily), Sonya Imus (Shane) and Shyla Hedman; and his brothers, Steven Hicks (Kay) and Gene Hicks. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; a great-grandson.
