She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Partin; her parents, Donald Fostor and Betty Fostor (Smith); her sister Teresa Sherman; and her niece Dawana Roberts.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Silcox and Billy Silcox; and her siblings, Donald Fostor (Karen), Carol Roberts, David Fostor, Patricia Jones, Betty Souce (Charles) and Kathy Goins (David).
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bearcreek Cemetery (172 N Union Rd, Dayton, OH 45417).
