He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph J. Garber and Blanche Viola Garber (Luke); his great grandchild Owen Watt; his sister Prudence Robinson (Chuck); and his sister-in-law Pamala Garber.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Garber; his children, Phillip Garber (Lynn), Cynthia Adam (John), Diane Groff (Tad), Anita Remmele and Mark Garber (Lori); and his brothers, Mike Garber, Jim Garber (Peg) and Pete Garber (Deb). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
