He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Tom and Hellen Tom (Nancy Hellen Tom); and his siblings, Wayne Tom, Rosalyn Wordinger, Joe Bill Tom, Virginia Anne Cavinder and Mac Lynn Tom.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Ross-Tom; and his children, Anthony Tom (Tiffany), Martha Harner (Chris) and Tammy Germani. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
In leu of flowers donations can be made to the American Legion or the American Cancer Society in honor of Rex.
