She was predeceased by: her parents, David Mayberry and Joan Mayberry (Culp); and her child Freddie J. Welker. She is survived by: her children, Frederick Welker (Jennifer), David J. Welker (Alison), Lisa Menges and William J. Menges (Tabitha); and her sisters, Jean Hollowell and Susan Mayberry. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
