She was predeceased by : her spouse Jimmie Harold "Buddy" Phillips; her parents, Galen J. Cripe and Jerrie W. Hostetler (Fisher); and her siblings, Jerry Lee Cripe and MaryAnn Snyder.

She is survived by : her children, Lisa Phillips, Jeff Phillips (Kathy) and David Phillips (Ronya); and her grandchildren, Michael, Nicholas, Dylan, Conner Phillips, Damon and Danielle Clark.
