We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2025, at the age of 91, Robert Donald Lerch of Goshen, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Robert has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Lerch and Clara Ellen Meyer Lerch; his wife Annabelle L. Stuckey; and his siblings, John Lerch and Patricia Lerch Hostetter.
He is survived by: his children, Robbin O'Leary (Mike), Laura Lerch Horst (Randy), Robert A. Lerch (Jennifer) and Barbara Weaver (Mark). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Yoder-Culp Funeral Home (1911 S Main St, Goshen, IN 46526). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the 8th Street Mennonite Church (602 S 8th St, Goshen, IN 46526).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Eighth Street Mennonite Church, Goshen College Alumni Scholarship Fund, Mennonite Central Committee, or the Greencroft Foundation.
