She is survived by: her mother Delora Spurlock (Frye) of Goshen; her children, Tammi Lovely (Christopher) of Elkhart, Jason Werick and John R. Huffman of Elkhart; her grandchildren, Hannah Lovely, Stefan Lovely, Jayden Werick and Carter Huffman; her stepson Randy L. Huffman, Jr. of Goshen; her siblings, Tammy Shupert (Terry) of Elkhart, Bobby Pierce and Scott Spurlock; and her pet Chaos.
