Though Stephen may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Billey and Elizabeth Billey Sr. (Feddick). He is survived by: his stepchildren, Pamela Tilley of Venice, FL and Tim Jacobs (Susan) of Elkhart; and his sister Vernie Henke of Indiana. He is also survived by three grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
