He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Charlton and Lucy Charlton; and his siblings, Becky Guilliam, Allen Charlton and Martha Culp.
He is survived by: his children, Cody Charlton (Amber) and Caitlyn (Jack); and his brother John Charlton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
