Folker (Turnbow); his wife Susan Hoover; his daughters, Jami Mumaw (Jordan) of Elkhart, Karla Folker of Indianapolis and Dana Folker of Granger; his grandchildren, Coralie Davila, Jemma Mumaw, Camila Mumaw, Isla Davila, Cambria Mumaw and Royce Mumaw; and his siblings, Tammy Packard (Bill) of Woodstock, Todd Folker (Brette) of Goshen and Terry Folker (Kelsee) of Middlebury.
