He is survived by: his parents, Carlos Ortiz and Carlota Ramirez; his significant other Marleni Lazo; and his siblings, Jose, Carlos, Elmer, Dilson, Adolfo Ortiz, Nuria, Nely and Jeidy Ortiz.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yoder-Culp Funeral Home (1911 S Main St, Goshen, IN 46526).
