He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Davis Conrad; his daughters, Tina Conrad and Tracy Simonds of North Carolina; his stepchildren, Shayne Landry (Jenna), Shannon Landry (Herman Granado), Shelley Ramos (Raymundo), Shaun Landry of Indiana and Roy Adam Shumpert of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Simonds, Mikaylah Price of North Carolina, Alexandra Lairson, Keyleigh, Ethan, Rowyn Landry, Sierra Medrano, Savanna, Joel "Jay" Ambriz of Indiana, Jasmyn Landry (Jason Ferch) of Indiana, Carlos of Indiana, Christopher of Indiana, Rafael Ramos of Indiana, Lucy of Indiana, Amelia "Mia" of Indiana, Sebastian "Bash" Landry of Indiana, Charlotte "Charlie" Johnson of Indiana and Harley Shumpert of Florida; his brothers, Harley "Butch" Conrad, Jr. of Syracuse and Kevin; his sister-in-law Linda Davis of Indiana; and his siblings' children, Stacy Conrad Young (Matt) of Michigan, Scott Conrad (Dawn) of Illinois, Kevin, Drew (April) and Derek Davis (Rachel) of Indiana.
