He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Smith and Sandra Smith (Waldron); his brother Timothy Mabry; and his daughter Sage Victoria Annalise. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Smith (Collins); his stepchildren, Heather Johnson and Michael Johnson (Lindy); and his sister Sabrina Hershberger. He is also survived by 15 step-grandchildren, 4 step-great-grandchildren.
