She is survived by: her significant other Josh Spivey Sr.; her children, Kimberly Thompson (Hunter), Korey Morris, Brendan Foley and Josh Spivey Jr.; her grandchildren, Everleigh Thompson, Cash Thompson and Asher Foley; and her brothers, Jeremy Erwin, James Erwin, Derek Erwin and Nick Erwin (Tiffany). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
