He was predeceased by: his siblings, La Vaughn Patten, Harold Smith (Red), Delmas Smith (Joe), Max Smith and Elvin Smith (Epp).
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Smith (Harrah); his sister Ellen Davies (Smith); and his kitties, Bella and Inky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many good friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Whitaker Funeral Home (201 N Lafayette St, Cloverdale, IN 46120). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
