He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin L. Fulmer and Idell Fulmer (Price); and his sons, Troy Fulmer and Jed Fulmer. He is survived by: his daughter Anna Foster (Erik); his grandchildren, Riley (Esther), Alex, Wade and Abby; his great grandchildren, Cameron and Connor; and his sister Ronda Adamson (Doug).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home (2898 N Morton St, Franklin, IN 46131). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
