He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bush and Beulah Bush (Stambaugh); his wife Phyllis Bush; his children, Jeanetta Scarberry and Daniel Bush; and his brothers, Harold Bush, Robert Bush and Donald Bush.

He is survived by: his son Charles W.; his daughter-in-law Joyce Bush of Butler; his daughter Sue; his son-in-law Gordon King of South Carolina; his daughter Sherry; his son-in-law Steve Jones of Grabill; his grandchildren, Charles, April, Danny, Dusty, Phillip and Emily; his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Mikayla, Jakob and Aubrey; his sister-in-law Connie Bush of St. Joe, Indiana.; his close friend Eloise Gillem; his children, Annette (Ken), David (Stacy) and Donald (Faith); and his granddaughter Sara Marie Rothgeb.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Feller and Clark Funeral Home (1860 S Center St, Auburn, IN 46706). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
