He was predeceased by: his parents, George B. Richey and Rena Richey (Painter); and his siblings, George V. Richey, James Robert Richey, Wayne Richey, Ray Richey and Barbara Stonebraker.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Richey (Smith); his children, Gary Richey (April) and Sheryll Richey; his stepchildren, Leisa Wells (Bird) and Alan Richey (Abby); his grandchildren, Ashley Bush (Callahan) and Dana Richey; his stepgrandchildren, Landon Wells, Lexi Wells, Laynee Wells, Hadley Richey, Kinley Richey and Molley Richey; and his siblings, Sam Richey (Val), Bill Richey (Karen), Kenny Richey (Linda), Margaret Franklin and Bernadine Renehan (Jerry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends.
