We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2023, at the age of 81, Barry James Quimby of Granger, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Lester Eugene; his brother Tommy Quimby; and his nephew Jeffrey Quimby. He is survived by: his wife Janet Quimby of Granger; his daughters, Abigail "Abby" Bracken (Mike) of Elkhart, Belinda Quimby (Scott Rackers) of St. Louis and Camilla Shaw (E. W. Lawrence Jr.) of Granger; his grandchildren, Sophie and Will Shaw; his brother Donald Quimby (Beverly) of Noblesville; his sibling's children, Susan Alcorn (Andrew) of Indianapolis, Steve Quimby (Susan) of Indianapolis and Mike Quimby (Melissa) of Boulder; and his siblings-in-law, Shane Wilson and Denise Swift of Melbourne, Australia.. He is also survived by his father and brother at their family.
Donations in Barry's memory may be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or American Kidney Fund.
