He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McDougal and Margaret McDougal (Sweney). He is survived by: his wife Toni; and his sons, Grant McDougal (Renee) of Carmel, IN and Ryan McDougal (Julia) of Santa Monica, CA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
