He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Kelver and Lillian Kelver (Wedel); his wife Joan Evanstad; and his sister Beverly Giles. He is survived by: his brother Duane (Delores); his children, Richard (Cindy Fabiszak) and Darla Luzon; his grandchildren, Christopher, Kyle, Eric (Chelsea Borsodi), Scott (Rebecca Nicholas), Sean and Evan Luzon; and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Noah, Tyden, Joseph, Joyce, Hadley and Ella. He is also survived by his friends, son and grandsons.
