He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathy Riggs (Carlile); his siblings, Kathy Clark, Rita Eichstedt, Jan Seese (Jim) and Daniel Riggs (Trudy); and his parents, Roland A. Riggs and Bernadine A. Riggs. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mc Gann Hay Granger Chapel (13260 IN-23, Granger, IN 46530). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
