We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2024, at the age of 80, David Keith Bullard of Granger, Indiana, born in Compton, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Stanley Bullard and Mildred Bullard (Smith); and his brothers, Stan and Robert. He is survived by : his son Kieffer Tarbell (Kathy) of Gresham, OR; his stepson Daryl Zernick of South Bend, IN; his grandchild Kastle Likens (Seth); his sister Geddy Tarbell (Jme) of Sandy, OR; his great grandchildren, Montana, Pacific, Trilliun, Araya and Malita; his sister Betty Reynolds (Dallas) of Sequim, WA; and his sisters-in-law, Gloria Bullard and Corrine Moore (Phil). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
