David E. Horn Obituary

He was predeceased by : his mother Katherine Horn; and his brothers, Roger, Bill, Dick and Edward.
He is survived by : his wife Ruthann Wilson; his children, Christy Mangus (Rod) of Granger, IN and Michael Horn (Christopher) of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, MacKenzie Sahm (Dan), Emily Woods (Anderson), Meredith Mangus and Matthew Woods; and his brother Marvin Horn of Galesburg, MI. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Dave's memory to be made to either the Constantine High School Athletic Department or Heart to Heart Hospice, Mishawaka IN.
