She was predeceased by: her sister Domineque Judea Mitchell-Carrillo of Vallejo, California.. She is survived by: her parents, Joseph V. Lujan-Carrillo and Dr. Cynthia G. Mitchell; her husband Brian James Smith of Woodbridge, Connecticut.; her son Jude Parker Smith; and her brother Joseph Vincent Mitchell of Ashland. She is also survived by three nephews.
