It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Lee Swinehart of Granger, Indiana, who passed away on March 13, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Clayton Swinehart and Nellie Swinehart (Davis); and his wife Linda Ann Swinehart (Buckles). He is survived by : his daughter Donita Clark (Scott); his brothers, Perry and Scott Swinehart; his grandchildren, Lindsey Swinehart, Adam Swinehart (Jamie), Jaymee Tanger (Phil), Scottie Clark (Patty) and Justin Swinehart; and his great grandchildren, Holly Tanger and Miles Clark.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Heartland Hospice, 230 W Catalpa Drive D, Mishawaka, IN 46545 Chapel Hill Funeral Home is assisting the family.

“My name is Brenda i use work with don at goodwill he always helps me out at the register and me and him work together a lot and we took are breaks together and we talk a lot as well but when i quit the goodwill we lost touch he was very good worker i sorry i did not know he had pass way till one the worker told me today and i am very sorry he did pass way i know he miss his wife very much he told me that all time i am sorry i couldn't be at the funeral so you have my deepest sympathy”
