He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Blank (Matthew) of Naples, FL and Rachel Van Vynckt of Mishawaka, IN.; his grandchildren, Don, Dillon Blank, Dalton Blank of Granger, IN, David, Cameron Blank (Kacey) of Osceola, IN, Alyssa Blank of Salisbury, MD. and Shandon Van Vynckt of Ocean Shores, WA.; his great grandchildren, Emma, Liam, Logan, Isabella and Jude; and his sibling's children, John Hammock (Christy), Jann Rakow (Gary) and Jerra Lee Barnes (Doug).
