He is survived by : his daughters, Heather Blank (Matthew) of Naples, FL and Rachel Van Vynckt of Mishawaka, IN.; his grandchildren, Don, Dillon Blank, Dalton Blank of Granger, IN, David, Cameron Blank (Kacey) of Osceola, IN, Alyssa Blank of Salisbury, MD. and Shandon Van Vynckt of Ocean Shores, WA.; his great grandchildren, Emma, Liam, Logan, Isabella and Jude; his nephew John Hammock (Christy); and his nieces, Jann Rakow (Gary) and Jerra Lee Barnes (Doug).
