He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris "Joe" Phillips and Mary Phillips (Brown); and his sister Sharlene Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Sue Hjerpe; his daughter Deana Webb (John); his grandchildren, Shelby Johnson and Brandon Campbell; his great grandchild Sophia Campbell; his sisters, Shirley House and Sharon Carrier; and his nieces, Lorinda Moss (Scott), Stefanie House, Shelly Whitney (Eli), Denise Hauxwell (Tim) and Julayne Carrier.
