She was predeceased by: her brother Paul Overmyer (Peggy) of Ohio. She is survived by: her husband Edward Davis; her children, Lisa Bourdon of Niles and Daniel Davis of Niles; her grandchildren, Buck (Cassidy), Tanner and Haley Bourdon; and her siblings, Carol Smith of Westfield, Barbara Metcalf of Noblesville and James Overmyer (Elizabeth) of New York.

Memorial contributions in Eileen's name may be made to Southern Care Hospice; 1626 Day Rd. Mishawaka.
