She was predeceased by: her mother Barb Bates. She is survived by: her father Randy Bates (Kim); her husband Justin Lombardi; her siblings, Erin Eitler (Michael), Nicole Ryan (Noel), Kyle Bates (Maddie) and Ryan Sokolowski; and her grandmother Wanda Hudnall.
